Abstract
SUMMARY Two applications of a 1 : 1 mixture of gibberellins A4 and A7 to either frost damaged or artificially decapitated Bramley's Seedling apple flowers resulted in increased fruit set and yield. It also increased the crop in an orchard without pollinators. Gibberellic acid was not effective. The addition of cytokinins had no beneficial effects and caused malformation. Keywords
