“Rubral” tremor due to midbrain toxoplasma abscess

Abstract
We describe a patient with “rubral” tremor due to a Toxoplasma abscess of the midbrain. Despite treatment that was effective in promoting partial computed tomography resolution of the lesion, the tremor remained unchanged.Keywords
