Further work on the importance of ground cover in oviposition ofCostelytra zealandica(White)

Abstract
When third-instar larvae were introduced into soil covered by perennial ryegrass (Lolium perenne L.), white clover (Trifolium repens L.), mustard (Brassica nigra L. Koch.), and grass litter, and into bare ground, the emergent beetles did not demonstrate any marked preferences for oviposition sites.
