Abstract
A family with 5/14 balanced translocation was investigated. The father and both his daughters had the same balanced translocation. One of the daughters had 4 spontaneous abortions, the last one with a karyotype of 47,XY+14q-. The other daughter had 2 children, 1 of them a normal 46,XX girl, the other with the karyotype 47,XXX;t5/14.Keywords
