Low Insertion-Loss, Capacitively Scanned Goniometer for Faraday Rotation Measurements in the vhf Range

Abstract
The theory and design of a low insertion‐loss electrical device to simulate a rotating dipole for Faraday rotation measurements in the frequency range 20–60 Mc is discussed. Experiment involving satellite emissions and lunar reflections are described.
