Abstract
Measurements have been made of the zero-cross time of the bipolar signal from the cathode RC lines of a position-sensitive MWPC. Comparison is made between experimental results and the predictions of a model in which the induced cathode current depends upon the angular localisation of the anode avalanche. Keywords
