Abstract
Somatic cell hybrids, derived from the fusion of Chinese hamster a23 cells with leucocytes from patients with chronic myeloid leukemia, were assayed for the presence of the leucocyte group‐5 antigens. The 5b allele was expressed, and cytogenetic analysis of the hybrids suggests its localization on human chromosome 4.Keywords
