Abstract
Based on results of infecting white rats with the filarial worm of the cotton rat, Litomosoides carinii, and of comparative chemo-therapeutic investigations on white rats and cotton rats, infected with this parasite, a new method of screening macro- and micro-filaricide agents in white rats has been described. Observations on certain aspects of the biology of the parasite have been recorded. Keywords
