Abstract
A survey of educators' and industry executives' perceptions of hospitality schools were used to rank bachelor's, master's, and doctoral programs in the United States. No specific criteria were employed. Cornell finished first in every category except that educators ranked Virginia Tech's doctoral program as better than Cornell's, with Purdue's being third. For bachelor's programs, the raters placed Florida International, Michigan State, Penn State, Purdue, and UNLV after Cornell. For master's-level programs, the raters chose Michigan State, UNLV, and Florida International to follow Cornell. Keywords
