Abstract
In der vorliegenden Arbeit wird über die Chemie von Arislolochia clema-titis L. berichtet. Die bisherigen Ergebnisse chemischer Untersuchungen werden referiert und durch eigene Untersuchungen ergänzt. Folgende neue Inhaltsstoffe der Arislolochia clematitis L. konnten aufgefunden werden: ß–Sitosterin, Cerylalkohol, Gholin, Trimethylamin, eine quartäre Base unbekannter Konstitution, Dihydroxyphenylalanin, 4 Hydroxyzimtsäurederivate und deren zugrundeliegende Hydroxyzimtsäuren, 3 Flavonolglykoside, Zitronensäure, Allantoin und eine antibiotische Substanz, deren antimikrobielles Spektrum in einem demnächst folgenden Kapitel mitgeteilt wird. Die in der Literatur vorhandenen pharmakognostisehen Arbeiten werden durch eine Beschreibung der handelsüblichen Schnittdroge des Krautes ergänzt. The present paper contains a study on the chemistry of Aristolochia clematitis L. The previous results of chemical examinations have been reported and supplemented by own investigations. It has been possible to detect the presence of the following new substances in Aristolochia clematitis L: sitosterin, cetylic alcohol, choline, trimethylamine, a quaternary base of unknown constitution, dihydroxyphenylalanine, 4 derivatives of hydroxycinnamic acid and their basic hydrocinnamic acids, 3 flavonol–glucosides, citric acid, allantoine and an antibiotic substance, whose antibacterial spectrum has been presented. Papers on pharmaceutical research work in existing literature have been supplemented by a description of the commercially cut and prepared herb.
