Abstract
The author discusses class-C FET/patch oscillators; in these, the microstrip-patch antenna serves multiple purposes: the patch radiates energy, acts as a resonant load, and as a feedback network. These integrated antenna/oscillators are capable of efficiencies which approach conventional non-radiating oscillator designs. Keywords
