Abstract
A method is described for the preparation of specimens for electron microscopy utilizing nitrocellulose and Formvar membranes overlaying highly oxidized Phosphor bronze grids. Aggregation of viruses, bacteria, and bacterial cell walls during evaporation of aqueous suspensions upon such membranes is eliminated or minimized. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
