Review of literature and account of the methods used by the author for the determination of the following serum components: albumin, alpha1-lipoprotein, alpha2-macroglobulin, alpha2-coeruloplasmin, beta1-siderophilin, beta1-lipoprotein, fibrinogen, beta2A- beta2M-, and gamma globulin, alpha2-haptoglobulin.
