Verlauf einer chronischen mucocutanen Candidose unter Clotrimazol‐ und 5‐Fluorocytosin‐Behandlung*

Abstract
Zusammenfassung: Berichtet wird über eine über Jahre bestehende mucocutane Candidose, bei der keine disponierenden Faktoren für eine Generalisation — außer eines Phagozytosedefektes — festgestellt werden konnte. Der Verlauf der Krankheit wird kurz unter Clotrimazol‐ bzw. 5‐Fluorocytosin‐Behandlung dargestellt.Summary: A case of chronic muco‐cutaneous candidiasis has been reported. The impaired phagocytosis was the only factor accounting for a generalisation. The course of the disease under treatment with clotrimazole and 5‐fluorocytosine is shortly demonstrated.
