Abstract
Triskelions, trimeric complexes of clathrin and associated light chains, are the assembly units of clathrin coats. Triskelions whose outer arms were removed by trypsin digestion retain the ability to be assembled into coats. These digested trimers contain a 110,000 MW domain of calf brain clathrin and lack intact light chains. This publication has 12 references indexed in Scilit:
