Abstract
The neutron absorption technique using radium-beryllium neutron source has been show to be useful for rapid assay of boron in the samples containing other low cross-section elements. This method may also be useful for the analyses of other high cross-section elements. The writer wishes to express his hearty thanks to Professor Masayoshi Ishibashi of Kyoto University and President Bunsaku Arakatsu and other members of the Chemical and Physical Laboratory of K\={o}nan University for their kind guidance and valuable advice through this study, to Professor Shoji Tsuchihashi of K\={o}be University for furnishing glass samples, and to Mr. Haruo Tsuji for considerable help in repeating and checking the procedures in many of the experiments. Keywords
