Abstract
In PbZrO3 ceramics the temperature dependence of the electrostrictive coefficients Q11 and M11 were studied in the paraelectric phase. Linear relations for Q11 (T) and M11-1 (T) were found. It was ascertained that in electric fields of frequency 40-200 Hz electrostriction influences the properties of the intermediate ferroelectric phase. From investigations on low frequency current loops (0.03 Hz) a value of spontaneous polarisation Psmax = 32.5 (μ C/cm2) was obtained. Keywords
