Abstract
We consider the branching ratio of ϒ(1D)ϒ(1S)ππ, which is related to the ππ spectrum in ϒ(2S)ϒ(1S)ππ. Fixing the gluonic contribution to ϒ(2S)ϒ(1S)ππ from the ππ spectrum in ϒ(2S)ϒ(1S)ππ, we find that the decay rate of ϒ(1D)ϒ(1S)ππ can be an order of magnitude larger than the previous calculations. Then, we can have 70 to 90 events of ϒ(1D)ϒ(1S)ππ in 106ϒ(3S) decays, which is at the limit of detectability.
