Abstract
Ten cases of histoplasmosis found in the Kansas City area were studied. X-rays and skin tests with histo-plasmin, blastomycin and other fungus antigens were used, and complement-fixation tests made on the sera. Histo-plasma capsulatum was isolated from 9 of the 10 cases. Five patients have died and 2 have recovered completely. Detailed clinical data are given on each case. Keywords
