Abstract
Procainamide therapy was reported as a cause of agranulocytosis, but severe thrombocytopenia associated with using this drug has been noted only once. A case of simultaneously occurring agranulocytosis and profound thrombocytopenia was reported in a patient receiving procainamide hydrochloride. Different mechanisms appeared to be responsible for the 2 cytopenias. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
