Abstract
Selektiv für die (1→6)‐Verknüpfung, nicht aber für eine bestimmte Konformation bezüglich dieser Bindung ist das Agglutinin aus Aleuria aurantia bei der Bindung an Kohlenhydrate mit dem Fucoserest. Dies belegen NMR‐spektroskopische Studien an dem sehr flexiblen Disaccharid 1, die ergaben, daß sowohl Konformere der gg‐als auch solche der gt‐Familie gebunden werden. magnified imageKeywords
