Notizen: Einfluß von Temperatur und Salzgehalt auf Myomerenzahl und Körpergröße von Heringslarven

Abstract
Within individual testa no clear relation between body size and the number of myomeres of the larvae was found. Body length and abundance of egg yolk of the larvae are dependent on the temperature and salt content during incubation. At the end of the egg yolk stage larvae incubated at 8[degree] C and those at 15% salt content were largest. The time of incubation was not clearly affected by the salt content, probably however, fertilization and hatching rates.
