Abstract
We investigate the dependence of Stark-broadened Lyman- lines emitted by and in protons, on the composition parameter , given in terms of the plasma parameter , emitter charge , and the relative concentrations . We propose to use the very sensitive dependence of these lines around to measure small quantities of heavy material contaminating the hydrogenic burn.
