Prolonged Administration of Diethylstilbestrol1

Abstract
Blood counts, urine analyses, and sedimentation rates were studied on patients receiving stilbestrol to estimate possible toxic effects. Massive and prolonged doses of hormone were given to children, to pregnant and non-pregnant women. Observations extending over a 5 yr. period led the author to believe that stilbestrol is not toxic.
