Abstract
9 cases are reported due to healed rheumatic defects, degenerative changes incident to arteriosclerosis, healed infective endocarditis and calcareous changes in congenitally bicuspid valves. [male][male] predominated 8:1. Anatomical changes are rigidity, calcification of aortic valve involving also annulus fibrosis extending at times to mitral ring and valve.Keywords
