Deep-water eelpouts, Zoarcidae, from Arctic Canada and Alaska

Abstract
Lycodes sagittarius and Gymnelus retrodorsalis are reported from Canada for the first time; L. eudipleurostictus and L. squamiventer are reported from Alaska for the first time, extending their known ranges 2400 and 4000 km, respectively; the known range of L. rossi is extended over 1300 km eastward, L. seminudus 1900 km southwestward, and the known range of L. frigidus over 6500 km eastward. Descriptions and synonymies are presented.
