Dieulafoy's disease of the bronchus.

Abstract
Dieulafoy's vascular malformation has not been described outside the gastrointestinal tract. Two cases are reported in which this vascular abnormality arose in right lower lobe bronchi, both of which presented with massive haemoptysis.Keywords
