Abstract
Writing a SOAP note (Subjective- Objective-Assessment-Plan) can be difficult for even the experienced nurse, much less a beginning student. This article outlines three non-threatening, risk-free writing activities designed to show how your students can be helped to write better SOAP notes through an experience in the writing process.Keywords
