Abstract
Dipolar splittings are normally not observable because the large number of nuclear couplings usually present produces extensive broadening of the NMR lines. In this note the 13C–14N splitting in glycine is observed by using rf fields of sufficient strength to decouple the protons from the magnetically dilute nuclei. (AIP)Keywords
