Abstract
S. citri has some of its mannose, glucose and galactose residues exposed on the membrane surface, while N-acetylglucosamine residues are masked in native membranes. ATPase was localized in the membrane and NADH oxidase activity was localized in the cytoplasmic fraction. There were no detectable DNase and p-nitrophenylphosphatase activities in the cytoplasmic fraction, while RNase activity was present in both membrane and cytoplasmic fractions. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
