Abstract
A simple microscopic expression is derived for static quadrupole moments of vibrational states by means of the self-consistent cranking model. The result sums together the effects of all relevant cubic anharmonicities of the Beliaev-Zelevinsky boson expansion taken in perturbation theory. Keywords
