Abstract
The case is reported of a patient who presented with a skull fracture and delayed neurological deterioration due to a cortical arteriovenous fistula at the fracture site. The clinical course and surgical therapy are described. Theories as to the pathogenesis of this lesion as well as a discussion of other intracranial vascular injuries are presented. Keywords
