Abstract
The H37Rv strain of Mycobacterium tuberculosis var. hominis made resistant to isoniazid lost its ability to grow in a synthetic medium. This strain grew as well as the parent strain in the same medium to which fresh bovine serum or fraction V albumin had been added.Keywords
