Abstract
A model is presented describing the pultrusion process of thermoplastic matrix composites. The model provides the temperature, crystallinity, pressure, and consolidation inside the composite along the axis of the die, and the required pulling force. On the basis of the model, a computer code was written that can be used to obtain numerical results. A sample problem is presented illustrating the type of information which can be generated by the code. Keywords
