Abstract
The association of retroperitoneal fibrosis and systemic sclerosis is reported from a patient positive for the HLA-B27 antigen. This appears to be the first report of such an association. Pathological features common to the 2 syndromes are discussed and the literature is reviewed. This publication has 32 references indexed in Scilit:
