Abstract
The use of 13CO2 in carbon dioxide lasers enhances the available spectral range very significantly but is prohibitively expensive if gas flow through the laser is required. A TEA CO2 laser equipped with a gas recirculation system is described. This reduces gas costs to negligible levels even for expensive isotopic mixtures. Keywords
