Abstract
Six patients and spreading vitiligo treated with applications of monobenzone developed a vesicular dermatitis. The eruption was restricted exclusively to the pigmented areas of the skin. Patch tests applied to pigmented and depigmented skin produced an inflammatory response only within the pigmented areas. The explanation for this puzzling phenomenon is not known. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
