Abstract
Spleen cells from normal mice were cultured with Concanavalin A to produce an immunosuppressive supernate. This supernate was used to treat the lupus‐like autoimmune disease of NZB/NZW mice. Such treated mice lived significantly longer than did controls, but only if treatment was initiated early in the course of the illness. This publication has 24 references indexed in Scilit:
