Abstract
The ultrasonographic appearance of a diffusely infiltrating gastric lymphosarcoma is presented. The stomach appeared as a large mass with sonolucent periphery and central sonodensity. This appearance should suggest a lesion arising from the gastrointestinal tract.Keywords
