Abstract
A simple and rapid method is described for the determination of serum Hb. Free Hb shows no peroxidase activity but human Hb haptoglobin complex presents a peroxidase activity which permits Hb determination. A good source of haptoglobin is constituted by pools of non-hemolyzed human serums. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
