Abstract
The 1H‐nmr spectrum of pimaricin has been obtained in trideuterotrifluoroethanol at 300 MHz. Moderate resolution did not allow to extract all of the spin coupling values however. The glycoside mycosamine occurs in a 4C1 conformation. The oxirane moiety at C‐4′/C‐5′ is trans substituted. Keywords
