Abstract
Project Colorado CO-TIE was initiated in 1968 to help college students in their transfer from two-year pre-engineering programs to four-year degree-granting universities. The main feature of CO-TIE is that videotapes of key sophomorelevel courses (predominantly Network Analysis) are provided to the participating colleges. Experience with CO-TIE has shown that colleges, in general, are inadequately equipped to provide undergraduate students with the laboratory and computer facilities needed in a modern, sophomore-level Network Analysis sequence. Recent university and college cooperation has been successful in the design and acquisition of both a sophomore-level Network Analysis laboratory for each of the participants, and a statewide computer facility. Keywords
