Abstract
In a digital system, the division of a pulse rate is very often necessary. Multiplying the pulse rate, before division, by 10n where n is an integer is perhaps the only way to eliminate the accompanying loss of accurucy, and yet have as readout the actual quantity required, making allowance for the decimal point, A simple method described here performs this multiplication.
