Protein Content and Wet Weight of Plaque Microsamples

Abstract
A very sensitive method for protein determination by means of o-phthalaldehyde was developed. Plaque wet weight is not suitable for standardizing small plaque samples, but protein content of plaque can be used to measure plaque quantity precisely.Keywords
