Abstract
The free electron model is used as a guide for an algebraic transformation of the LCAO Hamiltonian for a semiconducting material which exhibits topological disorder. The energies and wave functions are obtained in terms of the eigenvalues and eigenvectors of the “connectivity matrix” previously introduced. Keywords
