Abstract
To the Editor: Dr. Ingelfinger will be delighted to learn that the "Graying of Grand Rounds" (his Sounding Board in the October 5, 1978, issue of the Journal) has not yet occurred at Johns Hopkins. Grand Rounds are attended each Saturday by 300 to 400 faculty, house staff, students and practitioners, as well as staff from other hospitals of this area, including Washington and Bethesda. Residents present the cases without reference to "written word, figures and notes."
