Abstract
A theory for an enhanced mathematical model of R/C frame members is presented and its accuracy is verified by simulating various laboratory experiments for which data were available in the literature. New member and global damage parameters are defined. These damage parameters are useful for subsequent reliability analysis of damaged concrete frames. Keywords
