Abstract
Thrombotic events are occasionally associated with circulating lupus anticoagulant and may take a variety of clinical forms. The authors report a thrombotic manifestation, spontaneous isolated splenic infarction that occurred in a young man with circulating lupus anticoagulant.Keywords
