Abstract
A brief description will be given of an ultrasonic transducer designed and produced by Dr. Douglas Gordon. The procedure employed in the destruction of the labyrinth in a living calf is detailed. Some weeks afterwards the temporal bones were removed, decalcified and sectioned.Keywords
