Network Analogy for Linear Structures

Abstract
A mathematical analogy is made between the network problem and the arbitrary linear structure that allows a formulation of the structure, using the graph theory, which corresponds to the node method for a network. The formulation may serve as a basis for a general computer program for structural analysis. It provides a simple means by which research concerning the solution of large networks may be directly applied to structures (for example, Kron's Methods).
